Exterior Detailing
Your car’s exterior is constantly exposed to the elements, the most dangerous of which is water. Humidity in the air makes the car a magnet for dirt that creates pockets of grime and gunk. If left for long enough, those pockets will erode the paint and cause corrosion. The solution is to remove the gunk, dry the car, and seal the erosions.
Exterior Wash
Hardened gunk needs to be soaked so it loosens before we can wash it away. Soft washing tools, proper detergents, and gentle procedures ensure there is no damage to the paint. We also adapt our process to each type of gunk so your car gets the right kind of care.
Polishing and Waxing
The layer of paint on your car will eventually get scratched, leading to a dull appearance. To fix that, we use polishing solutions to buff the paint surface, correcting minor scratches and imperfections and giving it a glossy sheen. Polishing wears away the paint and shortens the time before your car needs a new paint job.
The car’s paint is protected with a layer of clear wax. After cleaning the exterior and polishing the paint, we apply the wax and again buff it. We recommend reapplying the wax every 4–5 months at the very least.
Paint Correction ($500+) & Paint Sealing ($400+)
In cases where there is minor damage to the paint layer, it can be corrected. The average cost for paint correction is $500 and goes up for exotic paints and car makes/models. Paint correction can only fix a relatively small area of the car’s exterior before a repaint is needed. When the correction is done, we seal the paint in place using specially formulated products that bond to the paint and protect it from damage. This averages around $400. There is an infinite combination of paint correction and paint sealing products. We choose the right combination using our experience but it’s our professional touch that makes the final appearance of your car’s paint just right.
Car Glass Cleaning
Dirt and oily residue tend to accumulate on the car’s glass surfaces, requiring dedication to completely remove without leaving streaks. We use special products that create a water-repellent coating on the glass and prevent dirt and oils from sticking to the glass. If you want to do car glass cleaning at home, be careful with tap water — if it dries out, tap water leaves minute mineral residue that can scratch the glass. Use a soft cloth and go up-down rather than in circles to ensure you’ve cleaned it all without leaving streaks or residue.
Engine Cleaning
The car engine can get greasy as well, preventing it from cooling off and also causing it to attract dirt. We protect the electronic components from water, thoroughly cover the engine block with a degreaser, and scrub it.
Plastic and Rubber Protection
Plastic and rubber can handle a rougher cleaning method to restore their shine and clean the surface without leaving scratches. We then protect the exterior plastic and rubber car surfaces with a quality UV protectant to prevent sun rays from discoloring them, which should be done every 1–2 months or more often if your car spends time under intense sun.
Interior Detailing
After the exterior is cleaned, it’s time to make the interior spotless and odorless. That helps remove distractions that can interfere with your driving. We combine different methods and tools to loosen the dirt and remove it without damaging the fabric, metal, and plastic in the interior.
Deep Cabin Cleaning
We first look in the nooks and take out any litter, such as pieces of paper and plastic. Then we blast the big chunks of gunk loose with compressed air and wipe the dust, setting the stage for vacuuming.
Vacuuming
Vacuuming needs to go through the entire interior of the car, including the roof lining, to pick up all the dust. All those different vacuum extensions that never get used will come in handy to get access to hard-to-reach spots in the car interior. Still, there’s dirt deeply embedded in the layers of fabric and we need some steam to get them out.
Steam Cleaning
Steam expands the fibers in the car upholstery, allowing us to deep-clean both. Combining steam cleaning and vacuuming does wonders not only for the car but also for your health because it acts as a mild disinfectant that removes causes of irritation and allergies. Steam cleaning works on both cloth and leather seats.
Leather and Vinyl Protection
Car leather is tanned and cured to make it resistant to liquid spills and dirt seeping into it. Still, repeated exposure to either can make it crack, exposing the interior layers to damage. We remove the damage
Car plastic in the interior has a coating that repels fingerprints but is very sensitive to scratching. We use gentle tools, products, and methods to ensure the plastic is clean but not damaged in the process.
Odor Elimination
Odors are a sign something is decomposing inside your car, with pets and liquid spills being the primary causes of deposits. The problem is that you get used to odors if you’re exposed to them every day but others notice right away.
We remove odors by finding the source and treating it the right way so it’s gone for good. Removing odors increases your comfort while inside the car but also protects the resale value of your car.
